Protocol for Bulk Purchase

    1)      Buyer must demonstrate capacity to purchase immediately. We need a phone conversation with your buyer to make sure they understand. You can be on the phone call.

     A) We require a order form.

     B) NO LOI or soft proof until you have reviewed the product within 7 days.

     C) After you accept the product, you can send in the LOI (letter of interest) this will nake sure that the bank will hold the properties for 30 days, while you do the DD.

     D) At the end of your DD, you decide to purchase, then you can send in the contract, SPOF and deposit 10% escrow in the buyer's escrow account.

     E) Fees are 3% shared equilly.

    2)      MFA will be put in place at this time and Buyer will be expected to return documents with in 24 hours.
